Let us introduce ourselves: We are Mariluz and Jacqueline, two certified tour guides brought together years ago by our love for Madrid and passion for our work. In 2006 we launched a common endeavor to offer travel agencies and companies a set of guided tours with a common denominator: quality and professionalism. That project went ahead and became a success. Today, 15 years later, we continue to work with all the agencies that put their trust in us then.

BIO JACKY
Born in Switzerland, I am half-Spanish and half-Italian. I grew up just outside Madrid and I’ve been living in the city for 30 years.
With a degree in tourism, I am a fully qualified licensed tour guide in Madrid and its surroundings. My tours are in Spanish, English and Italian.
I have been working full time as a tour guide since 1992 and have extensive experience in guiding travelers from all over the world.
I love Madrid and I love my job. I am an expert in history and art and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge of our rich cultural heritage.
My priority is that you make the most of your visit and take home a wonderful memory of your stay in Madrid. On my guided tours you will not only visit monuments, but also learn about our way of living, cuisine, history, legends, hidden corners, shopping … whatever combination it takes to make your visit personal and unique.

BIO MARILUZ
When I was a child I dreamed of travelling and speaking many languages. By the age of 20, I was guiding groups through Europe. Since then, I have not stopped visiting new countries and learning.
I have a degree in tourism (Zaragoza), and in Foreign Languages (University of Poitiers, France) as well as a degree in Economics (Zaragoza). But my true passion is for history and art. Since 2001 I have been working as a Licensed Guide in Madrid, the city I love, and which has always made me feel at home.
I have worked with travelers from all walks of life: students, businessmen, diplomats, architects … as well as with actors from Hollywood. Among them, I remember Morgan Freeman, Robert Downey, Patrick Stewart, or Mark Strong.
I love meeting travelers and sharing my knowledge of Spain with them. It is a privilege for me to help create unforgettable experiences. History, art, healthcare system, education, economy…everything the curious traveler might like to know.
